Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, sterile water, bacteriostatic water, and research-support supplies, returns are handled carefully. PeptideHaus can only consider returns or refund requests when products remain unused, unopened, sealed, and eligible under our review process.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us quickly if the package arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or affected by a delivery issue.

Items we normally cannot accept back

For quality and safety reasons, PeptideHaus usually cannot accept returns for opened, used, temperature-compromised, tampered, relabelled, damaged-after-delivery, or customer-handled products.

Peptides: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retarutide, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, GHK-Cu, PT-141, and related products.
Blends: GLOW Blend, KLOW Blend, BPC-157 + TB-500, Cagrilintide + Semaglutide, and similar combined products.
Support supplies: Sterile water, bac water, antibacterial water, and related research-support products.
Special orders: Wholesale, bulk, reserved, discounted, or custom availability orders may be final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can I return an opened product?

No. Opened or used products cannot be returned because product integrity can no longer be verified.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact helfen@peptidehaus.de with your order number and clear photos of the package, label, and damaged item.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled only before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, the delivery process cannot usually be stopped.

How are approved refunds processed?

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment route where possible, or resolved by store credit or replacement.
